How LuckyLoki works
Answers about creating, credits, results and your account.
How do credits work?
Credits come from a monthly plan. When you start a creation we hold its maximum price; only delivered results are charged and the rest is released.
When do I see the price?
Before every paid action. The button shows the exact credit price, and nothing starts until you press it.
What happens if a creation fails?
Credits for an output that was not delivered are released. If the paid period already ended, released credits expire instead of returning to your balance.
How long are results kept?
24 hours after a result is ready. Download what you want to keep; after that the file is deleted.
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Plans renew monthly. You can cancel future renewals at any time; your current period and credits stay until it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or applicable platform rules. See the Terms.
Why was my request declined?
The AI provider applies its own content rules. One refusal does not mean your account is restricted. For songs you can edit the lyrics or ask for a rewrite.
Who can use LuckyLoki?
Adults only (18+). Accounts are personal.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. You'll see what happens to credits, results and running creations before you confirm.
Are there example results?
The home page includes original image, video, song and instrumental examples. Each example names the model used.
