Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-29.1
Effective date: 29 October 2026.
About these Terms
LuckyLoki, available at https://lucky-loki.com, is operated by Griffonix Inc., Delaware, United States ("LuckyLoki", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the website, personal workspace, AI tools and subscriptions. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed. Use the Contact page at https://lucky-loki.com/contact for support, content reports and legal requests.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the generation tools. The service is intended for adults; do not allow a minor to use your account. Registration requires separate age confirmation and acceptance of these Terms. Keep your sign-in details confidential, provide an email address you control and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Personal accounts are for individual use; account sharing, resale and teams are not offered.
The creative tools
LuckyLoki provides AI image generation, short video generation, vocal songs and instrumental music using Google Cloud Vertex AI models. Available models, settings, input requirements and credit prices are displayed in the tools. Some models are previews and can change or become unavailable. Generation is probabilistic: results, timing, lyrics, pronunciation and musical duration may vary. Review outputs before publishing or using them. The service does not provide professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Songs follow separate steps: your story or voice note, generated lyrics that you can review or edit, and an explicitly requested musical render. A rewrite is a new paid lyric generation. Music does not start merely because lyrics are written or rewritten. A confirmed content refusal can offer manual editing or an explicit rewrite; acceptance of a later request is not guaranteed. We do not weaken provider safety controls or automatically switch a rejected request to another provider.
Your content and output rights
You retain your rights in your inputs. Submit only material you are entitled to use, including reference images, recordings, lyrics, names and depictions of other people. Obtain any necessary permissions for voices, likenesses, personal information and copyrighted material. Do not provide sensitive information that is unnecessary for the creative request.
You grant us only the rights needed to receive, process, transmit and store your content to provide the requested service, maintain security and handle lawful reports. We do not obtain a general right to publish your private creations or use them in advertising. Public examples are separately authorized promotional works, not a public feed of user content.
As between you and LuckyLoki, we claim no ownership in new intellectual property in your generated results. To the extent we hold transferable rights in those results, we transfer those rights to you, subject to these Terms, applicable law and the model provider's applicable terms. Personal and commercial uses are permitted on that basis. This is not a promise of exclusivity, copyright protection, registrability, non-infringement or clearance of third-party rights. Similar outputs may be generated for others. Do not remove required provenance, safety or attribution information or misrepresent AI content to deceive people.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Do not use LuckyLoki for illegal activity, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, threats, harassment, hate, violence, fraud, deceptive impersonation, infringement or privacy violations. Do not create malware or spam, compromise the service, evade safety controls, extract model components or use outputs to substitute for or improve competing models where prohibited by Google's applicable terms. The Google Cloud Acceptable Use Policy and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy apply to requests processed through Google models. Clinical uses, regulated decision-making and representations of professional expertise that these tools do not provide are not permitted.
A provider refusal alone is not proof of misconduct. For confirmed violations we normally use warnings, restrictions and, for repeated violations, account closure. We may act immediately where needed to address serious illegality, safety or security risks, fraud, a binding provider requirement or a legal obligation. You may report a concern or challenge an enforcement decision through Contact. We assess reports rather than promising error-free automated moderation.
Subscriptions and credits
Plans are monthly subscriptions in USD. The selected package, price, included credits and automatic renewal are shown before payment authorization. A subscription continues to renew until cancelled. Your provider's confirmation, not a browser return page, determines whether payment was received and credits can be granted. A pending or failed payment does not grant usable credits.
Credits are non-transferable service units for LuckyLoki generation, not currency, cryptocurrency, an investment or a balance redeemable for cash. They are granted for a paid billing period and expire at its end. On a normal renewal, unused credits do not roll over; a confirmed renewal grants the new period's allowance. Price changes do not alter a creation's already confirmed credit quote or retroactively change a completed payment.
An early package purchase is available only when offered in Billing. Where offered, it is a new full-price purchase: the new period starts with confirmed payment, eligible unused credits and existing holds carry into the new period, and future renewals use the new package. There is no proration or voluntary refund of the earlier period. There is only one ongoing renewal schedule. If the payment provider does not support this option, it is not available.
While the website is marked as Sandbox, payments use PayPal Sandbox test transactions and do not charge real funds. Test credits have no cash value. AI generation can still use real models and is subject to available capacity and the prototype's service limits. Live payments will not be enabled merely by your creating a test account or approving a Sandbox transaction.
Generation prices, holds and settlement
Each paid action shows its credit price and maximum charge before confirmation. Confirmation reserves the quoted credits. For multi-output requests, settlement is per output. A result is delivered when it is successfully stored and made available in your workspace, whether or not you later download or like it. A successfully delivered result consumes its reserved credits.
A confirmed failed or refused output does not consume its hold. The hold is released to the appropriate credit balance. This does not create a new billing period or revive credits that have already expired, been withdrawn after a payment reversal, or been forfeited by account deletion. Releasing credits is not a refund of money. A voice-based lyric quote includes transcription and lyric writing in the displayed draft price; transcription is not a second customer charge. Explicit rewrites and musical renders have their own separately confirmed quotes.
An unconfirmed provider outcome is shown as checking. Its hold remains while the service checks the outcome; we do not silently send a duplicate paid request. If completion cannot be confirmed within the request's 24-hour lifetime, it is closed as not completed and the hold is released under the rules above. A provider operation already submitted cannot necessarily be cancelled. Cancellation of queued work is offered only where it has not been sent.
Cancellation and failed renewals
Cancel future renewal in Billing or through the payment provider's available controls. Cancellation is pending until the provider confirms it. Confirmed cancellation stops later renewals while keeping eligible credits available until the current period ends. A payment already processed may still settle. If renewal fails, no new credits are granted; after the paid period ends, new paid creations require another confirmed payment. You can still access account, billing and data controls.
Refunds, reversals and disputes
Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or the payment platform's mandatory rules or binding decisions. We do not offer voluntary cash refunds for unused credits, unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with a delivered AI output or cancellation of renewal. This does not exclude statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A failure to deliver is handled through the credit settlement rules and any mandatory remedies that apply.
If a refund, reversal or chargeback returns money, the credits attributable to that payment are withdrawn proportionately. Already consumed credits may create an internal outstanding credit balance offset against later confirmed credit grants; this does not authorize an unapproved charge to your payment method. New paid creations may be paused while a dispute is open. PayPal and your payment issuer may apply their own dispute processes; these Terms do not override them.
Downloads and retention
Finished media is available for 24 hours from readiness. Download anything you wish to keep. Associated prompts and inputs are ephemeral; song drafts and their versions are kept until their displayed expiry, normally 24 hours after the most recent generated lyric version. Failed, cancelled and unattached inputs have shorter retention. The Privacy Policy explains the different retention rules and provider processing. Closing access at expiry and physical background deletion are separate events. We do not provide permanent storage or promise recovery after expiry.
Account deletion
Account deletion requires a recent sign-in and final confirmation. It revokes access, requests cancellation of renewal and forfeits unused credits without a voluntary cash refund. Unsent work is cancelled. Already submitted work may still complete and settle against its existing hold, but its results are not made available after deletion. Confirmed failures release holds into the deleted account's forfeited balance; unconfirmed work closes under the request-lifetime rule. Deletion does not erase records we must retain for payments, disputes, security or legal obligations. Payments received after deletion do not reopen the account; mandatory money remedies are handled separately.
Availability, responsibilities and liability
We take reasonable care in operating LuckyLoki, but cannot promise continuous availability, error-free results, any particular creative outcome or uninterrupted third-party services. You are responsible for lawful inputs and for checking how you use outputs. We may pause a tool for maintenance, provider restrictions, exhausted capacity or security; that does not entitle us to consume credits for an undelivered result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct and any applicable non-excludable consumer protections. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver on you.
Changes and governing law
We publish a version and effective date for these Terms and record the version accepted at registration. Material changes are subject to any notice and fresh-consent requirements imposed by applicable law; completed transactions are not retroactively repriced. Delaware law governs to the extent permitted, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts in their place of residence. Contact us first if you wish to seek an informal resolution; doing so is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
Provider policies
Google's relevant service and acceptable-use rules constrain the AI processing we provide; they are not a separate Google Cloud subscription purchased by you. PayPal processes payments under its applicable user agreement and privacy notice. Provider policies are available at https://cloud.google.com/terms/service-terms, https://cloud.google.com/terms/aup, https://policies.google.com/terms/generative-ai/use-policy and https://www.paypal.com/legalhub. Our Privacy Policy describes the hosting, storage and email providers we use.
